Unlike many suppliers who believe that their job ends once the system is delivered, PropertyPro take support as seriously as sales. We recognise that just supplying you with the best system available is of no benefit to you until you can use it to its best advantage.
Once your new system and network have been installed, our qualified trainers will ensure that your staff are completely competent with every aspect of PropertyPro® before they are faced with their first customer. Staff training is offered free to every new user of PropertyPro® at our training suite in Rugby, or if preferred, training can be given at your premises for a small cost. If required, our staff can also be in place to hand-hold during the first few days. In addition, a bureau service can be provided to key all your existing details into the system and scan in photographs so that the database is complete the day you go live.
